How to Use This Worksheet
Below is a catalogue of the excursions and activities we offer for your vacation at Tubagua Ecolodge You can use it to plan your trip in conjunction with the Excursions Credit of your vacation package.
- A 7-night package includes a $1000 excursions credit
- A 4-night package includes a $600 excursions credit
- Press Select for the excursions you are interested in and you will see your total at the top. As you work through the list you can change your mind and clear the amounts as you go, until you fill your budget. Press Clear or Clear All to revise the selection
- Don't worry about the extra cost for extra guests in your room. Their excursions budget will automatically be covered.
- You can go over budget if you want and we will invoice you the corresponding amount.
- You can go under budget if you want and the balance will be transferred to your Hotel Credit, which you can use at the bar, gift shop or for special meals.
- When your list is completed you can print a PDF copy and and keep a record.
- All excursions offered are subject to availability and will only be fully confirmed when making final selection upon arrival.
- Once you've booked your trip and before you arrive, we will be happy to organize a Zoom call in order to work out any details concerning your selection of excursions and activities.
- We understand that your activity plans is a very important aspect of your trip. We want to make sure you are satisfied. A Word About Meals
Foodies will love the Dominican Republic!
Three daily meals at the lodge are included in this vacation package. But there are plenty of excellent Dominican and international restaurants around and we want you to enjoy discovering them. We offer you two lunch options for your excursion days. You can either prepare a generous picnic lunch at Tubagua to take with you, or, we will give you a food credit of US$15 per person to spend at any restaurant you choose during your daily excursion.
A Word About Airport Transfers
This vacation package includes airport transfers from either Puerto Plata International Airport(POP) and Santiago International Airport(STI).
Puerto Plata is about a half-hour drive and Santiago is about an hour and a half (a beautiful mountain drive).
Santiago is further and more expensive, but flights into Santiago are often much cheaper than into Puerto Plata. This can make Santiago a better choice. Be sure to ask your travel agent to investigate both options when planning your flights.
Be sure to select one of these options when using the worksheet.
Other airports are much further away. Santo Domingo is a four-hour drive and Punta Cana takes seven hours. If you choose an airport other than Santiago or Puerto Plata you will need to cover the extra cost.
